Inter-Terminal Connections at SFO

At SFO,  transportation between terminals, parking garages, and rental car locations is free on AirTrain, the airport's free, fully automated passenger train. The AirTrain leaves approximately every 2 to 4 minutes 24 hours a day. The airport's BART station (San Francisco's public transit system), connects to AirTrain's Red Line and the airport's rental car center connects to the Blue Line. However, the AirTrain does not provide service to SFO's long term parking structure. Shuttle buses are provided for convenient passenger transport from the long term parking structure.

Taxis are also available 24 hours a day for a small charge and a maximum of 4 passengers.
